Certificates of Insurance. Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.
Certificates of Insurance. The HSP will provide the Funder with proof of the insurance required by this Agreement in the form of a valid certificate of insurance that references this Agreement and confirms the required coverage, on or before the commencement of this Agreement, and renewal replacements on or before the expiry of any such insurance. Upon the request of the Funder, a copy of each insurance policy shall be made available to it. The HSP shall ensure that each of its subcontractors obtains all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person in the business of the subcontractor would maintain and that the Indemnified Parties are named as additional insureds with respect to any liability arising in the course of performance of the subcontractor's obligations under the subcontract.
Certificates of Insurance. Before Contractor begins performing Services, Contractor shall give the JBE certificates of insurance attesting to the existence of coverage. Contractor shall provide prompt written notice to the JBE in the event that insurance coverage is cancelled or materially changed from the coverage set forth in the current certificate of insurance provided to the JBE.
Certificates of Insurance. Prior to commencement of the work, Seller shall provide for Buyer’s review and approval certificates of insurance reflecting full compliance with the requirements set forth in paragraphs b, c and d. Such certificates shall be kept current and in compliance throughout the period when work is being performed and until final acceptance by Xxxxx, and shall provide for thirty (30) days advance written notice to Buyer in the event of cancellation. Failure of Seller or any subcontractor thereof to furnish certificates of insurance, or to procure and maintain the insurance required herein or failure of Buyer to request such certificates, endorsements or other proof of coverage shall not constitute a waiver of Seller’s or subcontractor’s obligations hereunder.
Certificates of Insurance. Certificates of insurance, and the required additional insured and other endorsements, including waivers of subrogation shall be furnished to Contractor before the performance of any Services.
Certificates of Insurance. All insurance policies will be endorsed to provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of The Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System and The Texas A&M University System. No policy will be canceled without unconditional written notice to A&M System at least ten days before the effective date of the cancellation. All insurance policies will be endorsed to require the insurance carrier providing coverage to send notice to A&M System ten (10) days prior to the effective date of cancellation, material change, or non- renewal relating to any insurance policy required in this Exhibit B.
Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).
