Certificate of Analysis/Batch Records. When requested by Hillrom, Seller shall complete and send with each shipment of Product a Certificate of Compliance and full batch records certifying that each Product was: (1) manufactured according to Seller’s procedures and in compliance with applicable Legal Requirements; and (2) tested and confirmed to meet all Specifications. Each Certificate of Compliance shall be signed and dated by a duly authorized official of Seller’s Quality Control or Quality Assurance department.
