Certificate of Conformance. Each shipment must be accompanied by a minimum of one (1) legible and reproducible Certificate of Conformance (“C of C”) that includes a statement that the items produced were from materials which conform to all applicable specifications, the country of origin, the country of manufacture and the Export Commodity Classification Number.
