Common use of Certificate of Existence Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Existence. Purchaser shall have delivered to the Sellers a Certificate of Existence or Good Standing Certificate, certified by the Secretary of State of Purchaser’s state of incorporation and dated not more than 10 days prior to the Closing Date.

Certificate of Existence.
