Certificate of Insurance Requirements. At its sole expense, the Artist shall procure and keep in force full and adequate insurance coverage of all of its operations pursuant to this Agreement as set forth below, and “Rochester Institute of Technology” shall be named as an additional insured on policies providing coverage for #1 and #3 below:
