Certificate of Interested Parties. (Form 1295) must be provided by the Selected Contractor per the Texas Legislature adoption of House Xxxx 1295 which added section 2252.908 of the Government Code. Selected Contractor must submit the completed form prior to the City Council Meeting to award the project.
