Before Starting Construction. Baseline Schedules: Submit in accordance with the Contract Documents, and prior to starting the Work.
Before Starting Construction. 2.5.1 Before undertaking any part of the Work, Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and check and verify pertinent figures shown thereon and all applicable field measurements. It shall at once report in writing to the County any conflict, error, or discrepancy which it may discover.
2.5.2 Within ten (10) days after the County receives the signed Contract from the Contractor, Contractor shall submit to the County a tentative progress schedule indicating the starting and completion dates of the various stages of the Work, a preliminary schedule of shop drawing submissions and the completed schedule of values.
2.5.3 Within twenty (20) days after the County receives the signed Contract from the Contractor, but before starting the Work at the site, a Preconstruction Conference will be held by the County to review the above schedules, to establish procedures for handling Shop Drawings, processing Applications for Progress Payment, preparation and maintenance of record drawings, Modifications, use of premises, safety procedures and housekeeping. The County Representative; County Project Manager; CEI or A/E, if not the County Representative; Resident Project Representative, if applicable; Contractor and their Superintendent(s); Subcontractors and their Superintendents; key suppliers and any other representatives of parties involved in the Project and others as required by the County shall be present at the Preconstruction Conference.
Before Starting Construction. A. DESIGN/BUILDER shall submit the following for review within ten (10) days after commencement of the Contract Times:
1. A preliminary progress schedule indicating the times (number of days or dates) for starting and completing the various stages in the design and construction of the Work;
2. A preliminary Schedule of Values for all of the Work, which will include quantities and prices of items aggregating the Contract Price and will subdivide the Work into component parts in sufficient detail acceptable to OWNER to serve as the basis for progress payments during performance of the Work. Such prices will include a pro rata amount of overhead and profit applicable to each item of Work; and
3. A preliminary Cash Flow Projection.
B. Before any Work is started, DESIGN/BUILDER and OWNER shall each deliver to the other, with copies to each additional insured, certificates of insurance (and other evidence of insurance which either of them or any additional insured may reasonably request) which DESIGN/BUILDER and OWNER respectively are required to purchase and maintain in accordance with paragraphs 5.02.A, 5.04.A and 5.04.B.

1. Progress Schedule, which must be a Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedule;

CONTRACTOR shall promptly report in writing to PROJECT MANAGER any conflict, error, ambiguity, or discrepancy which CONTRACTOR may discover and shall obtain a written interpretation or clarification from PROJECT MANAGER before proceeding with any Work affected thereby. CONTRACTOR shall be liable to AUGUSTA for failure to report any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy in the Contract Documents, if CONTRACTOR knew or reasonably should have known thereof.
Before Starting Construction. 3.5.1 Before undertaking each part of the Work, the Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and check and verify pertinent figures shown thereon and all applicable field measurements. The Contractor shall promptly report in writing to the Professional any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy which the Contractor may discover and shall obtain a written interpretation or clarification from the Professional before proceeding with any Work affected thereby. The Contractor shall be liable to the City for failure to report any conflict, effort, ambiguity or discrepancy in the Contract Documents, if the Contractor knew or reasonably should have known thereof.
3.5.2 Within fifteen (15) working days after the Notice to Proceed (unless otherwise specified in the General Requirements), the Contractor shall submit to the Professional and the Project Manager for review and ultimate approval the following:
3.5.2.1 a preliminary schedule of the Shop Drawing and Sample Submittals which will list each required Submittal and the times for submitting, reviewing and processing such Submittal.
3.5.2.2 a preliminary schedule of values for all of the Work which will include quantities and prices of items aggregating the Contract Price and will subdivide the Work into component parts in sufficient detail to serve as the basis for progress payments during construction or a schedule with sufficient breakdown of lump sum prices to identify items of work. Such amounts will include an appropriate amount of overhead and profit applicable to each item of work.
3.5.3 Prior to the effective date of the Contract, the Contractor shall deliver to the City with copies to each additional insured identified in the Supplementary Conditions, an original policy or certified copies of each insurance policy (and other evidence of insurance which the City may reasonably request) which the Contractor is required to purchase and maintain in accordance with Article 6.
3.5.4 Before any Work at the site is started, a conference attended by the Contractor, Project Manager, Professional and others as appropriate will be held to establish a working understanding among the parties as to the Work and to discuss the schedules referred to in 3.5.2, procedures for handling Shop Drawings and other submittals, processing applications for payment and maintaining required records.

Before Starting Construction. SC-2.03 Delete Paragraph 2.03.A.1 in its entirety and replace with the following:
1. A detailed Progress Schedule in Xxxxx Chart Format or similar used to plan, coordinate, and control the progress of construction and shall include the following:
a. provide for orderly, timely, and efficient prosecution of the Work;
b. contain sufficient detail to enable both the Contractor and the Engineer to plan, coordinate, and control their respective Contract responsibilities
c. sufficient detail for each Bid Item of Work, at a minimum, and indicate the durations, dates for starting and completing the various stages of the Work, and including subcontractor work; and,
d. durations and relationships of required submittals, major material procurement lead times, permitting, traffic control, and any utility coordination.

Contractor shall promptly report in writing to Owner’s Representative and Architect/Engineer any conflict, error or discrepancy, which Contractor may discover or is made known to Contractor, and shall obtain a written interpretation or clarification from Architect/Engineer before proceeding with any Work affected thereby. Contractor shall be in default to Owner for failure to report any conflict, error or discrepancy in the Contract Documents, if Contractor had actual knowledge thereof, or should have reasonably known thereof. No Work shall be delayed or postponed pending resolution of any disputes or disagreements regarding the Architect/Engineer's written interpretation or clarification in accordance with the paragraph 6.29 of the General Terms and Conditions.

PLUMBER shall be liable to AUGUSTA for failure to report any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy in the Contract Documents, if PLUMBER knew or reasonably should have known thereof.
