Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. To each Loan Party’s knowledge, all material certificates, permits, licenses and approvals, including certificates of completion and occupancy permits, required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of each Collateral Property (excluding, however, certificates of occupancy for tenant spaces and improvements) have been obtained and are in full force and effect. The Borrower shall cause all such material certificates, permits, licenses and approvals to be maintained in full force and effect. The use being made of each Collateral Property is in conformity with all material certificates, permits, licenses and approvals issued for and currently applicable to each Collateral Property.

The Borrower shall cause all such material certificates, permits, licenses and approvals to be maintained in full force and effect. The use being made of each Collateral Borrowing Base Property is in conformity in all material respects with all material certificates, permits, licenses and approvals issued for and currently applicable to each Collateral Borrowing Base Property.
