Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All material certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property by Borrower as a hotel (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect and are not subject to revocation, suspension or forfeiture. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as a hotel. The use being made of the Property conforms in all material respects with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

The use being made of the each Property conforms is in all material respects conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the such Property.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as a hotelfor hotel purposes. The use being made of the Property conforms is in all material respects conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.

The use being made of the each Individual Property conforms is in all material respects conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the such Individual Property.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as a hoteleffect. The use being made of the Property conforms and each portion thereof is in all material respects conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the PropertyProperty and any portion thereof.
