Illegal Activity. No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.
Illegal Activity. To Borrower's knowledge, no portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.
Illegal Activity. No portion of any of each Individual Property has been or will be purchased, improved, equipped or furnished with proceeds of any illegal activity.
Illegal Activity. No portion of the Properties or the Collateral have been or will be purchased, improved, equipped or fixtured with proceeds of any illegal activity, and no part of the proceeds of the Loan or the Mortgage Loan will be used in connection with any illegal activity.

Illegal Activity. The Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. The Tenant, their Guests, and any other Occupant shall not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the Property including, but not limited to, the leased Property, Common Areas, Parking, and surrounding property. This prohibition extends to all illegal activities including, but not limited to, the manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession of illegal substances, theft, and violent behavior. Any violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate termination of tenancy and eviction. Additionally, the Tenant shall be held liable for any damages resulting from such illegal activities including, but not limited to, repairs, legal fees, loss of rent, and any other expenses incurred by the Landlord due to the Tenant's illegal activities.
Illegal Activity. No portion of any Project has been purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity and no part of the proceeds of the Loans will be used in connection with any illegal activity.
Illegal Activity. No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased, improved, fixtured, equipped or furnished with proceeds of any criminal or other illegal activity and to the best of Mortgagor's knowledge, there are no illegal activities or activities relating to controlled substance at the Property.
Illegal Activity. No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no illegal commercial activities or commercial activities relating to controlled substances at the Property (including, without limitation, any growing, distributing and/or dispensing of marijuana for commercial purposes, medical or otherwise for so long as the foregoing is a violation of a Legal Requirement of any applicable Governmental Authority).
Illegal Activity. User will not, and will not use the ACH Services to, engage in any activity which is illegal under any applicable law.
