Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including, without limitation, certificates of completion or occupancy and any applicable liquor license required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property for the purpose intended herein, have been obtained and are valid and in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of the Property for the purpose intended herein. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy and any permits or licenses issued for the Property.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of the each Individual Property for the purpose intended hereinas currently operated. The use being made of the each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy and any permits or licenses issued for the such Individual Property.

The use being made of the each Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy and any permits or licenses issued for the such Property.
