Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. All material certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of each Individual Property by Borrower and Operating Lessee as a hotel (collectively, the "Licenses"), have been obtained and are in full force and effect and are not subject to revocation, suspension or forfeiture. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual Property as a hotel. The use being made of each Individual Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual Property.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual the Property as a hotel. The use being made of each Individual the Property is conforms in conformity all material respects with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual the Property.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all all, or cause to be kept and maintained, Licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual the Property as a hotelhotel with related retail uses. The use being made of each Individual the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual the Property.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual the Property as a hotelfor hotel purposes. The use being made of each Individual the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual the Property.

Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of each Individual Property as a hotel. The use being made of each Individual the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for such Individual the Property.
