Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. To Borrower's Knowledge, all certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required to be obtained by Borrower for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property as an office building have been obtained and are in full force and effect, and to Borrower's Knowledge, all certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required to be obtained by any Person other than Borrower for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property as an office building, have been obtained and are in full force and effect (all of the foregoing certifications, permits, licenses and approvals are collectively referred to as the "LICENSES"). Borrower shall and shall cause all other Persons to, keep and maintain all licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as an office building. To Borrower's Knowledge, the use being made of the Property is in conformity with all certificates of occupancy issued for the Property.
