Common use of Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses. To the best of Borrower’s knowledge, all certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including without limitation, certificates of completion and occupancy permits required of Borrower for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property as a retail shopping center (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Borrower shall keep and maintain all Licenses necessary for the operation of the Property as a retail shopping center. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.
