Common use of Certificate of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Occupancy. No Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for any building constructed on any lot within the Property until the Developer has complied with all the terms of this Agreement and the City Resolution. If Developer is in default under this Agreement, City may, among other remedies set forth in this Agreement, withhold future Certificates of Occupancy issued for the Property.
