Common use of Certificate of Power Marketing Consultant Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Power Marketing Consultant. Delivery to Administrative Agent on behalf of the Banks of a Power Marketing Consultant's certificate with respect to such Subsequent Project, in substantially the form of Exhibit F-9, with a Power Marketing Consultant's report with respect to such Subsequent Project attached thereto, confirming, in form and substance satisfactory to the Technical Committee, that the revenue assumptions incorporated in the Base Case Project Projections delivered to Administrative Agent on behalf of the Banks as contemplated in Section 3.3.27 are reasonable in light of existing and expected market conditions affecting such Subsequent Project.

Delivery to Administrative Agent on behalf of the Banks of a Power Marketing Consultant's certificate with respect to such Subsequent Project, in substantially the form of Exhibit F-9, with a Power Marketing Consultant's report with respect to such Subsequent Project attached thereto, confirming, in form and substance satisfactory to the Technical Committee, confirming that the revenue assumptions incorporated in the Base Case Project Projections delivered to Administrative Agent on behalf of the Banks as contemplated in Section 3.3.27 this Schedule 3.3.41 are reasonable in light of existing and expected market conditions affecting such Subsequent Project.
