Certificates and Certifications. A. Seller shall furnish to Buyer any certificate required to be furnished by any provision of this Order, including any clauses incorporated by reference herein, and any certificate required by any future law, ordinance, or regulation with respect to Seller’s compliance with the terms and provisions of such laws, ordinances, or regulations. As used in this Article, the word “certificate” shall include any plan or course of action or recordkeeping function.
B. Further, Seller certifies that each good provided under this Order complies with all country-of- origin requirements and all cargo-transportation requirements set forth in this Order.
C. The Seller also certifies that the organization or any of its principals are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment or declared ineligible for the award of contracts by any Federal agency. In the event Seller is proposed or debarred by any Federal agency during the term of this Order, Seller shall notify Buyer’s contractual representative immediately in writing.
Certificates and Certifications. Provide a notarized statement that includes signature of entity responsible for preparing certification. Certificates and certifications shall be signed by an officer or other individual authorized to sign documents on behalf of that entity.
Certificates and Certifications. A. Submit original certificates and certifications in MS Word and Adobe (.PDF) formats.
B. Provide certificates and certifications that demonstrate proof of compliance with Contract specification requirements for products, materials, equipment, and systems.
C. Authority Approval of a certification shall not be construed as relieving the Design-Builder from furnishing products that meet the specified design intent.
Certificates and Certifications. Architect acknowledges it has reviewed the Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement ("Disbursement Agreement"), including the certificates which Architect shall be asked to provide in the forms attached to the Disbursement Agreement as (i) Exhibit 9 to Exhibit B-1, (ii) Exhibit 4 to Exhibit C-1, (iii) Exhibit 4 to Exhibit E, (iv) Exhibit 4 to Exhibit F and (v) Exhibit 4 to Exhibit J, and that so long as the factual assertions of Architect required therein shall be true, Architect shall deliver such certificates as and when required by Owner or Development Manager in the manner and within the time periods required by the Disbursement Agreement.
