Certificates Issued by Officers. 1.36.1 Except in the event of fraud or manifest error, the Customer agrees that a certificate issued by an Officer as to: (a) the substance or content of any oral or telephone or other communications between the Customer and SFP; (b) any monies owing from the Customer to SFP or from SFP to the Customer, or any monies or property in any Account; or (c) any monies owing from SFP to any Intermediary in relation to Additional Margin, shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Customer. 1.36.2 The records of SFP shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein.
