Common use of Certificates Issued by Officers Clause in Contracts

Certificates Issued by Officers. 25.1 Except in the event of fraud or manifest error, a certificate issued by an Officer as to:- (a) the substance or content of any Order and/or any oral or telephone or other communications between the Customer and DBS Xxxxxxx; or (b) any monies owing from the Customer to DBS Xxxxxxx or from DBS Xxxxxxx to the Customer, or any monies or properties in any Account, shall be final and conclusive evidence of the matters so certified and be binding on the Customer who shall not be entitled to dispute the same. 25.2 The records of DBS Xxxxxxx shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein.
