Certificates Need Not Be Amended. A reduction in the number of Underlying Shares of any Warrant as a result of a Warrant (or any portion thereof representing less than all of the Underlying Shares thereof) ceasing to be outstanding pursuant to this Section 3(m) will be effective without the need to notate the same on, or otherwise amend, the Certificate representing such Warrant.
