Common use of Certificates of Auditors Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Auditors. Any certificate, report or information of the Auditors or any other expert called for by or provided to the Trustee (whether or not addressed to the Trustee) in accordance with or for the purposes of this Trust Deed may be relied upon by the Trustee as sufficient evidence of the facts stated therein notwithstanding that such certificate, report or information and/or any engagement letter or other document entered into by the Trustee or anyone else in connection therewith contains a monetary or other limit on liability of the Auditors or such other expert in respect thereof.
