Certificates of Fair Value. The Company shall furnish to the Trustee certificates or opinions of fair value with regard to released property pursuant to Section 314(d)(1) and (3) of the Trust Indenture Act, which certificates or opinions shall be made by an independent engineer, appraiser or other expert to the extent required by Section 314(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
