Certificates of Lender. If any Lender claims reimbursement or compensation under this Article 4, the affected Lender shall determine the amount thereof and shall deliver to the Borrowers’ Agent (with a copy to the Agent) a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable to the affected Lender, and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers in the absence of manifest error.
