Certificates of the Agent. If any Lender claims reimbursement or compensation under this Article 4, the Agent shall determine the amount thereof and shall deliver to the Borrowers (with a copy to the affected Lender) a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable to the affected Lender, and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers in the absence of manifest error.
