Certification and Licensing. All employees who must take certification, re-certification, licensing and other mandatory skills tests required by the City shall have their work schedules adjusted or shall receive compensatory time on an hour for hour basis, to accommodate acquiring necessary training on City time, and shall have the cost of the license reimbursed by the City.
