These services shall follow the State supplied specifications (program specifications) and shall include coordination and population of a geospatial database developed by the State to provide information related to pedestrian facility design and compliance for planning purposes. T h e Engineer shall complete data analysis and cost estimating services to support long term planning goals for the Statewide Curb Ramp Program and other planning initiatives. The work shall also consist of providing public involvement support and producing engineering studies and reports for various highway corridors located within the State of Texas according to program specifications. The Engineer shall complete the services according to the milestone work schedule established in the work authorization. The Engineer shall submit a written progress report to the State monthly indicating the actual work accomplished during the course previous month and the estimated work to be accomplished for the coming month. The progress report will use a bar chart diagram to indicate the percentage complete of each project, task shown on the previous report and the percentage complete of each task for the current reporting period. The Engineer is required to meet with the final review (and incorporation designated State project manager on a monthly basis for progress tracking purposes unless prior agreement is made with the State not to hold a meeting in any given month.
