Common use of Certification and Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Certification and Prohibition. The Engineer hereby certifies it does not boycott Israel and shall not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. Subject to availability, the services to be provided or performed by the State will include, but not be limited to, the following items: A. Name, address and phone number of the State’s Project Manager. B.
