Common use of Certification and Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Certification and Prohibition. The Engineer hereby certifies it does not boycott Israel and shall not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. (A general scope of work must be provided in this attachment. Specific negotiated scopes will be included with each work authorization.) PART I. The Engineer will perform engineering services generally described as in accordance with the project description attached hereto and made a part of this Work Authorization. The responsibilities of the State and the Engineer as well as the work schedule are further detailed in exhibits A, B and C which are attached hereto and made a part of the Work Authorization. PART II. The maximum amount payable under this Work Authorization is $ and the method of payment is as set forth in Attachment E of the Contract.
