Certification and Prohibition. The Technical Expert hereby certifies it does not boycott Israel and shall not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. 1. Provide name, address and phone number of the State’s authorized representative. 2. Provide any records available which would assist in the completion of non-archeological historic-age resource studies. 3. Provide engineering data through a third party contract which would assist in the completion of non- archeological historic-age resource studies. 4. Assist in the coordination of site visits, scheduling and XXX, if problems arise. 5. Review recommendations offered by the Technical Expert and approve or reject any or all work performed under this contract. 6. Review progress of work and provide final acceptance of all documents. 7. Process periodic payment requests submitted by Technical Expert. 8. Submit documentation to regulatory agencies for review and comment unless otherwise specified in a work authorization. 9. Submit research designs, letter reports and survey reports to THC, and performing all consultation with THC. 10. Remedy all deficiencies identified by THC if those deficiencies arise from restrictions placed on the Technical Expert’s level of effort by the State. 11. Provide the Technical Expert with all comments regarding their review of the environmental services completed. 12. Provide (when specified in the work authorization) XXX from public or private land owners to allow non- archeological historic-age resource studies to be performed. XXX permission must be written and signed by the land owner. Letters or other materials seeking XXX must contain explicit reference to the kinds of activities for which XXX is requested and an indication of the impacts (if any) that will result from performance of non-archeological historic-age resource studies. 13. Provide the Technical Expert with descriptions of current and proposed facilities as such information is available to the State and within reasonable limits. 14. Notify the Technical Expert if THC review or State inspection discloses deficiencies for which the Technical Expert is responsible in accordance with the contract. 15. Provide the Technical Expert, where necessary, with barriers, cones, and other traffic control equipment or personnel needed to assure safe working conditions in the project area. 16. Provide the Technical Expert with maps delineating project area limits, existing and proposed right of way limits, existing alignments, utilities, and other information relevant to locating and describing the project area as such information is available to the State; and, 17. Prepare and issue Work Authorizations to the Technical Expert.

Notify the Technical Expert if THC review or State inspection discloses deficiencies m) Provide available horizontal control points, benchmark elevations and descriptions for which the Technical Expert is responsible in accordance with the contract. 15. Provide the Technical Expert, where necessary, with barriers, cones, and other traffic vertical control equipment or personnel needed to assure safe working conditions in the project area. 16. n) Provide available Corridor Major Investment Studies o) Make available interface data for any projects adjacent to the project corridor. p) Assist as necessary in obtaining the required data and information from other local, regional, state, and federal agencies. q) Provide the Technical Expert Engineer with maps delineating timely reviews and decisions necessary for the Engineer to maintain the project area limitswork schedule. r) Provide the Engineer with examples of acceptable format for the deliverables. s) Provide the Engineer with the current version of all State’s Guidelines for preparation of environmental documents, existing and proposed right of way limits, existing alignments, utilitiesair quality analysis, and noise analysis. Make available versions of “recommended text” for air, noise, or other information relevant studies that the State desires standard wording to locating and describing be used. t) Provide the Potential Archeological Liability Map (PALM) of the project area as such information is available area. u) Distribute environmental document and schematic layout to the State; and,appropriate agencies and the public. 17v) Review and process each necessary environmental and public involvement document prior to letting of the construction contract. w) Locate suitable facilities, advertise, and conduct each required public meeting. x) Provide designated State representatives for each public meeting. y) Provide a court reporter if necessary for public meetings. z) Review the information and material developed by the Engineer to be presented at each public meeting or public hearing three weeks before any such event.
