Certification by Immediate Management Supervisor. 18.5.7.1 At the conclusion of the evaluation conference, where the Evaluation Report Form proposes no recommendations or where the Immediate Management Supervisor is satisfied that the Unit Member will substantially address any recommendations, the Immediate Management Supervisor shall certify satisfactory completion of the evaluation. A copy of the Evaluation Report Form shall be given to the Unit Member. The original shall be forwarded through campus channels to the District Office of Human Resources for inclusion in the Unit Member’s personnel file.
