Certification Change Retroactivity Limits. A Teacher who does not file a copy of the application for certification change with the Board as described in 9.10.03 above by August 31 of the current school year, shall be entitled to the salary rate reflected in the higher category, retroactive to the date of certification effectiveness in accordance with 9.10.02 above, or the beginning of the current school year, whichever is less.
