Certification Change Retroactivity Limits. A Teacher who does not file a copy of the application for certification change with the Board as described in L9.10.03 above between September 1 and the following August 31 of the current school year shall be entitled to the salary rate reflected in the higher category, retroactive to the date of certification effectiveness in accordance with L9.10.02 above, or the beginning of the current school year, whichever is less.
