Common use of Certification of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Certification of Compliance. 52. Respondent certifies to EPA, upon personal investigation and to the best of its knowledge and belief, that it currently is in compliance with regard to the violations alleged in this Consent Agreement.

Certification of Compliance. 52193. Respondent certifies to EPA, upon personal investigation and to the best of its knowledge and belief, that with the exception of those outstanding compliance actions that Respondent is required to implement pursuant to the “RCRA Section 3008(a) Compliance Order” provisions and deadlines in this Consent Agreement, it currently is otherwise in current compliance with regard to the violations alleged in this Consent Agreement.
