Certification of Funds. The undersigned, being the Treasurer of The Cleveland Municipal School District (the "District"), hereby certifies that the monies required to meet the obligations of the District under the foregoing Agreement have been lawfully appropriated for such purposes and are in the treasury of the District or in the process of collection to the credit of an appropriate fund, free from any previous encumbrances, and that the use of said funds for this purposes shall not prevent the District from carrying on its lawful activities.
