The Grantee shall submit the Certification of Local Expenditures Report certifying Grantee's local juvenile justice expenditures in the previous fiscal year were equal to or greater than those made in fiscal year 2006, excluding construction and capital outlay expenses. The local juvenile justice expenditures entered in the Grant Manager system shall be certified electronically via the Department’s Grant Manager system.
