Certification of Members and Employees. From time to time the Company --------------------------------------- shall certify to the Trustee in writing the names of the individuals comprising the Committee and shall furnish to the Trustee specimens of their signatures and the signatures of their agents, if any. The Trustee shall be entitled to presume that the identities of such individuals and their agents are unchanged until it receives a certification from the Company notifying it of any changes.
