Common use of Certification of Non-Exclusion or Suspension from Participation in Federal Health Care Program Clause in Contracts

Certification of Non-Exclusion or Suspension from Participation in Federal Health Care Program. Prior to the effective date of this Contract, Contractor must certify that it is not excluded from participation in Federal Health Care Programs under either Section 1128 or 1128A of the Social Security Act. Failure to so certify will render all provisions of this Contract null and void and may result in the immediate termination of the Contract.
