Common use of Certification of Non-USRPI Status Clause in Contracts

Certification of Non-USRPI Status. CenterState shall have received from Charter, under penalties of perjury, a certificate conforming to the requirements of Regulations Sections 1.897-2(h) and 1.1445-2(c)(3) and otherwise reasonably acceptable to CenterState, dated as of the Closing Date, certifying that no interest in Charter is a United States real property interest as defined in Section 897(c) of the Code.
