Common use of Certification of Participation Clause in Contracts

Certification of Participation. (a) The Contractor certifies that neither it, nor any employees, partners, officers or shareholders owning at least five percent (5%) of said Contractor is currently barred, suspended or terminated from participation in the Medicaid or Medicare programs, nor are any of the above persons currently under sanction for, or serving a sentence for conviction of any Medicaid or Medicare program offenses.
