Submission of Report. The report must be submitted to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources within two (2) months after the employee returns to regular duties. Failure to submit a report and transcripts (if applicable) within the required time lines will result in the employee being required to repay all or a portion of the salary and benefits paid during the period of leave.

i) The submission to the District of this report is a condition precedent to the District's obligation to make payment of the Final Payment under the Contract Documents. The submission of this report shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other conditions precedent set forth in the Contract Documents for the District's obligation to make payment of the Final Payment.
ii) The District reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from the Contractor evidencing efforts to comply with the three percent (3%) DVBE participation goal. Except as otherwise detailed in an applicable Schedule, Licensee shall file a report with Nasdaq setting forth the Fee calculations as detailed in the applicable Schedule within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of each Calendar Quarter. Upon receipt of such calculations, Nasdaq will provide Licensee with an invoice for the relevant quarterly Fee payment, provided that the quarterly Fee amount shall be offset by the Annual Minimum Fee (if applicable) until such time as the total Annual Minimum Fee for the then current year has been fully applied to the relevant quarterly Fee amount payable hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee shall not be liable for any quarterly Fees unless and until the Annual Minimum Fee amount is fully offset by the quarterly Fee amounts.
Submission of Report. USER shall submit to NII a report concerning research activities conducted by USER during the duration of the Memorandum using DATA more than one month before the expiration date of the Memorandum.

(a) after the completion of any Feasibility Study, COMPANY (A) shall submit a Feasibility Study report to the DGSE which shall contain calculations and reasons, both technical and economic, supported by data, drawings, maps and relevant information upon which the decision whether or not to proceed with the development of Deposits is based. The Feasibility Study report shall also contain all information as herein above mentioned in the definition for Feasibility Study and information concerning other matters which, in the opinion of COMPANY (A), may be of interest to the Government.
(b) COMPANY (A) shall be entitled to retain copies of all materials submitted to DGSE under Article 7.6(a), and may continue to use the information for the benefit of any lands remaining in the Agreement Area during the Term.

After the completion of Exploration period, COMPANY (A) shall submit an Exploration report to DGSE which shall contain calculation and reasons, both technical and economic, supported by data, drawings, maps and relevant information upon which the decision whether or not to proceed with the Feasibility Study is based. The Exploration report shall also contain all information as herein above mentioned in the definition for Exploration and information concerning other matters which, in the opinion of COMPANY (A), may be of interest to the Government.

The Propsecting report shall also contain all information as herein above mentioned in the definition for Prospecting and information concerning other matters which, in the opinion of COMPANY (A), may be of interest to the Government.
