Certification of Services. Flight hours ordered, scheduled, received or regretted shall be recorded on the Certification of Services Form (see Section J, Attachment 1). The certification shall be signed by both the designated Contractor's Representative and the Scheduling Officer. The signatures shall indicate concurrence of flight hours and services received or regretted; and, shall be substantiated by a copy of the flight schedule.
