Common use of CERTIFICATION OF TRADE OR BUSINESS USE Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATION OF TRADE OR BUSINESS USE. Pursuant to Section 7701 of the Code and as set forth in Attachment C hereto, each Lessee will warrant and certify as of the Closing Date with respect to each Group VII Series of Notes that (1) such Lessee intends to use the Acquired Vehicles in a trade or business of such Lessee, and (2) such Lessee has been advised that it will not be treated as the owner of the Acquired Vehicles for federal income tax purposes.
