Common use of CERTIFICATION ON LOBBYING Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATION ON LOBBYING. Since federal funds are being used for this agreement, the Engineer's signature on this agreement constitutes the execution of all certifications on lobbying which are required by 49 C.F.R. Part 20 including Appendix A and B to Part 20. Engineer agrees to abide by all certification or disclosure requirements in 49 C.F.R. Part 20 which are incorporated herein by reference.
