Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters. The certification made by Supplier with respect to Debarment, Suspension, certain indictments, convictions, civil judgments and terminated public contracts is a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed when entering into the Contract. A determination that Supplier knowingly rendered an erroneous certification, in addition to other available remedies, may result in whole or partial termination of the Contract for Supplier’s default. Additionally, Supplier shall promptly provide written notice to the State Purchasing Director if the certification becomes erroneous due to changed circumstances.
