Certification; Supporting Documentation. Each such report and financial statement shall be in scope and detail reasonably satisfactory to Lender and shall be accompanied by a certificate of a duly authorized representative of Borrower, stating that such information is true, correct and complete and that, to the best of his or her knowledge, no Event of Default has occurred, or if an Event of Default has occurred, specifying the nature thereof and the action proposed to be taken with respect thereto.
