Certifications, Attestations, and Assessments. Upon Customer’s request, Druva shall provide a general Service Organization Control ("SOC") 2, Type II audit report. If such report(s) include(s) any findings that Provider fails to comply with the SOC 2 or SOC1/SSAE 16 requirements, or audit tests result in exceptions, Xxxxx agrees to remedy such noncompliance within reasonable time. Any gaps will be covered by Bridge Letters6.
