Certifications from Government Officials. The Administrative Agent shall have received certifications from government officials evidencing the legal existence, good standing and foreign qualification of each Borrower and each Guarantor, along with a certified copy of the certificate of limited partnership, certificate of incorporation or other comparable organizational document of each Borrower and each Guarantor, all as of the most recent practicable date.
