Certified Articles of Incorporation. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, certified as of a recent date by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. RMAG and SUB shall have received a certificate of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware certifying the Articles of Incorporation of BRS and all amendments thereof, dated not more than ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date.

Certified Articles of Incorporation. Omni shall have received a certificate of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida certifying the Articles of Incorporation of CSI and all amendments thereof, dated not more than ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date.

RMS shall have received certificates of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida certifying the Articles of Incorporation of VDAT and the Articles of Incorporation of SUB and all amendments thereof, dated not more than ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date.
Certified Articles of Incorporation. The Company shall have delivered to such Purchaser a certified copy of its Articles as certified by the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware within ten days of the Initial Closing Date.
