Department of. TRANSPORTATION RESPONSIBILITIES The DOT, via the FAA, will manage all DOT WSR-88D network sites through its headquarters in a manner consistent with existing and planned FAA operational systems and shall provide support to network sites as outlined in FMH No. 11 Part A. As requested, the FAA shall provide radar data from their WSR-88D units to other Principal Users, consistent with the capabilities and mission priorities of each Principal User Agency.
