Certified Exclusive Representative. The Board of Education recognizes the Association as the certified exclusive representative for the unit, consisting of all employees of Special School ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the current classifications listed in Appendix M, N, and O, whose employment service exceeds the lesser of fourteen (14) hours per week or thirty-five percent (35%) of the normal work week and more than sixty- seven (67) work days per year, excluding the Superintendent’s Cabinet, Principals, Assistant Principals, Teachers, Confidential, Supervisory, Executive Directors, and all other titles mutually agreed by the District and the Association.
