Common use of Certified Industrial Hygienist Clause in Contracts

Certified Industrial Hygienist. The certified industrial hygienist shall Perform, including, but not limited to, the following duties: a. Provide consulting services to the Client Agency representative for services beyond the scope of duties or responsibilities for the Inspector, Risk Assessor and the Planner/Designer. b. Assist the Client Agency representative in the preparation of information or reports regarding activities related to the work accomplished under this Contract. c. Assist the Client Agency representative in response to FOI or news media requests for information related to the work accomplished under this Contract.
