Common use of Certified Industrial Hygienist Clause in Contracts

Certified Industrial Hygienist. The certified industrial hygienist shall Perform, including, but not limited to, the following duties: a. Perform services according to the guidelines for senior industrial hygienist listed above. b. Prepare a detailed plan for investigation and evaluation as recommended in the DPH guidance document “Connecticut Guidelines for Mold Abatement Contractors” for any contamination with documented health effects or the existence of potential for significant occupant or remediation personnel exposure during investigation or remediation.
