Common use of Certified Product License Clause in Contracts

Certified Product License. The WiMAX Forum hereby grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable royalty-free license, with limited right of sublicense solely as provided in Section 3(a)(iii), to use the Certification Xxxx on or in connection with its Certified Products.

Certified Product License.
